Each therapy session takes time in terms of assessment and providing necessary guidance and advice. Therefore, walk-in appointments are not feasible.
Telerehabilitation/ Online/ Video Appointments:
You are required to email the following to inchie.lonial@gmail.com or WhatsApp to 9897967696:
- Provisional Diagnosis of your baby/child.
- Our previous prescriptions(if follow-up).
- Date of Birth/Age.
- Birth details of delivery and NICU stay/Family history of any delay or disease in other family members (if any).
- Clear image of related medical documents right from birth.
- Present treatment going on.
- A summary of your child’s problems/ concerns/issues.
- Related videos showing the child’s developmental status.
- If any concern that has been most disturbing and should be addressed the earliest.
- How did you get to know about us?
Payment of fee has to be done through Paytm or Google Pay to 9897967696 within 24 hours of our reply to your mail, so that time of your appointment can be scheduled and confirmed.
Fee is subjective to the type of problem, and requirements of the child’s concern.
In-clinic Session:
Keeping in mind the risk, precautions, steps and norms related to the Coronavirus pandemic, clinics would mean Screening and handwashing at entrance, mask by all, restricted entry, physical distancing, minimal contact procedures, limited exposure time and sanitization.
